PHWinn Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "You") and PHWinn ("we," "us," or the "Platform") governing your access to and use of the PHWinn website at phwinn.best and all associated services, games, and sportsbook features offered thereon.

By completing the PHWinn registration process, logging into an existing account, making any deposit, claiming any bonus, or placing any bet on the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use PHWinn.

These Terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on PHWinn. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, the more specific document applies to that particular situation.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain a PHWinn account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. PHWinn strictly prohibits gaming by minors.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of play. PHWinn is a Philippine-market platform and does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from PHWinn or any regulated gaming platform in the Philippines.

PHWinn reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. If you provide false information about your age or location during registration, PHWinn will void all bets placed, cancel any pending withdrawals, and permanently close your account.

03 Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one PHWinn account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Accurate Information

All information provided during PHWinn registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, your mobile number, and your registered email address. PHWinn will use this information for identity verification and payment processing.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your PHWinn login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. PHWinn will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

KYC Verification

PHWinn is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or cancellation of pending withdrawal requests.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

PHWinn accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits are processed in real time for most Philippine digital wallets. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are subject to standard inter-bank processing times which are outside PHWinn's control. PHWinn does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification completion. The minimum withdrawal amount at PHWinn is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one business day on PHWinn's end.

PHWinn reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or requests above ₱50,000. Withdrawal requests are manually reviewed and may be delayed in cases where PHWinn's compliance team identifies unusual activity.

Currency and Conversion

All PHWinn balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso. PHWinn does not conduct currency conversion. If you fund your account using a credit card issued in a foreign currency, your card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee — this is not a PHWinn charge.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

PHWinn offers various promotions to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most PHWinn bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be bet before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time per PHWinn account unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• PHWinn reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will have their participation honoured under the original terms for a reasonable transition period.
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts, collusion, or any other method PHWinn deems fraudulent will be voided and the associated accounts reviewed.
• PHWinn will not honour bonus claims made on the basis of errors or technical faults in the promotional display system. If you believe a promotion has been incorrectly displayed, contact support before claiming.

06 Betting Rules

Specific betting rules for each game category at PHWinn — including live casino games, slots, Color Game, and sportsbook markets — are available within the relevant game lobby or section. These general rules apply across all betting activity on PHWinn:

• All bets placed at PHWinn are final once confirmed. PHWinn does not allow cancellation of confirmed bets except in cases of obvious system error or where PHWinn's sportsbook settlement rules specifically permit it.
• The minimum bet across most PHWinn markets is ₱10. Maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and event significance. These limits are displayed before confirmation in your bet slip or game interface.
• PHWinn reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, where the bet was placed after the relevant deadline, or where PHWinn determines the odds were published in error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or sportsbook market at PHWinn, the platform will investigate and apply the outcome that would have applied under normal conditions, or void the affected bets and return stakes at our discretion.
• PHWinn's sportsbook settlement decisions are final once the event result has been confirmed from official sources. Disputes regarding sportsbook settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

PHWinn is committed to providing a fair, honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your bank or payment provider against PHWinn deposits while retaining winnings or bonus funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or sportsbook markets on PHWinn.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or exploiting promotional mechanics to claim bonuses beyond what PHWinn's promotions intend.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between PHWinn and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated system to place bets or play games on PHWinn without human engagement.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events where you have knowledge of or involvement in fixing the outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using PHWinn to process the proceeds of illegal activity. PHWinn complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and reports suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

08 Privacy and Data Protection

PHWinn collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws. PHWinn may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and anti-money laundering bodies as required by Philippine law. This is not a discretionary decision — it is a legal obligation that all licensed Philippine gaming operators are subject to.

09 Responsible Gaming

PHWinn takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We operate under the understanding that for a small number of people, gaming can become a problem — and we believe the platform has a genuine responsibility to help prevent and address that where possible.

PHWinn provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can sustain across a specified period at PHWinn.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your PHWinn account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your PHWinn account for a minimum period of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, PHWinn will not send you any promotional material and your account cannot be reopened before the exclusion expires.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

PHWinn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in cases including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks and multi-accounting
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or cooling-off request from the account holder
• Identification of a player as a minor
• Player listed on a self-exclusion register maintained by Philippine gaming regulators
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, PHWinn reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Deposits made with real funds will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to PHWinn, subject to verification.

You may also request to close your own PHWinn account at any time by contacting our support team. Accounts closed on player request will have any verified real-money balance returned to the registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

11 Limitation of Liability

PHWinn provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of technical errors, interruptions, or downtime at all times.

PHWinn shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the PHWinn website or services due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your PHWinn account credentials
• Bets placed based on inaccurate information obtained from third-party sources
• Your violation of these Terms that results in account restriction or closure

Nothing in these Terms limits PHWinn's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

PHWinn may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered members via email to the address on your account and display a notice on the PHWinn homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of PHWinn after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using PHWinn and contact us to close your account. PHWinn will process any remaining verified balance in your account in line with the closure procedure in Section 10.

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of PHWinn that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PHWinn operates under a valid Philippine gaming license. The platform is regulated by the applicable Philippine gaming authority, whose decisions on regulatory matters are final and binding.
